A2O Mobile Inc. (“Company”) values your privacy. At www.a2omobile.com the Company offers a deal execution platform with innovations in cloud technologies, mobility, social networking, and analytics and breakthrough UI/UX with a focus on sales productivity to begin with and enhance deal efficiencies by leveraging existing enterprise information, human capital, and customer assets. DealWall is a purpose-built, deal collaboration solution (henceforth referred to as DealWall solution) targeted to account executives and cross-company sales, partners and customer deal teams to securely collaborate and close deals faster. The product improves sales productivity, increase customer intimacy and helps companies grow revenues. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about users of the  DealWall solution.

By registering with the DealWall solution , you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages. The Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Policy.

What Information Do We Collect About You and Why?

We may collect information about you directly from you and from third party applications with which this product is integrated, as well as automatically through your use of the DelWall solution.

Information We Collect Directly From You

You are required to register to use the DealWall solution. To register you must provide your email ID, first name, last name, password, company name, and country. We also may collect additional optional information from you, including your salutation, title, facetimeID, SkypeID, and phone number; however, you are not required to provide us with this information.

Information that We Collect About You from Third Party Applications.

The DealWall solution  can be integrated with several third-party Cloud and on-premise applications. During registration with DealWall you or your designated enterprise admin may select the third-party applications DealWall is integrated with. During first-time login to DealWall you will be asked to authenticate using oAuth with these selected third-party applications and allow DealWall to access the required data / services provided by the respective applications on your behalf.  

DealWall DOES NOT store your third-party application credentials.

If given access to Email Applications (for example GMail or Office 365) DealWall only scans your email so they can be presented in the context of the DealWall application when you login. DealWall DOES NOT store your Emails.

If given access to Calendar Applications (for example Google Calendar or Office 365) DealWall stores the calendar events and presents them to you in the context of the DealWall application when you login.

If given access to Document Repositories (for example GDrive or SharePoint Online or DropBox) DealWall DOES NOT store the folder or file contents but allows you access to the respective document repository from within DealWall.

If given access to CRM applications (for example Salesforce or MS-Dynamics) DealWall collects basic Opportunity information and is made available only to you within DealWall and other DealWall users with whom you decide to share this information with.

For information about how the third-party applications DealWall integrates with may use and disclose your information, including any information you make public, please consult their respective privacy policies. We have no control over how any third party application uses or discloses the personal information it collects about you.

Information We Collect Automatically.

We may automatically collect the following information about your use of the DealWall solution through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies: your domain name; your browser type and operating system; web pages you view; links you click; your IP address; the length of time you visit the DealWall solution; and the referring URL, or the webpage that led you to the DealWall solution, and the following: access time, browser type, device type, page views and referring URL. We also may collect the following information about your use of the DealWall solution: mobile device ID; location and language information; device name and model; operating system type, name, and version; your activities within the DealWall solution; and the length of time that you are logged into the DealWall solution. We may combine this information with other information that you have entered directly into DealWall, where applicable,. Please see the section “What About Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms?” below for more information about our use of cookies and other tracking mechanisms.

How We Use Information Directly Collected from You

How We Use Your Information Collected from Third-Party Applications.

The information retrieved through integration with third-party applications is made available only to you through DealWall solution.

DealWall does not share this information with any other entity or use it for any marketing or promotional uses.

DealWall does not store your third-party application credentials.

If given access to Email Applications (for example GMail or Office 365) DealWall periodically scans your email so they can be presented in the context of the DealWall application when you login. DealWall does not store your Email. DealWall uses the API services provided by the underlying Email Server (GMail or Office 365) to send email on your behalf when you compose email within DealWall.

If given access to Calendar Applications (for example Google Calendar or Office 365) DealWall stores the calendar events and presents them to you in the context of the DealWall application when you login. DealWall uses the API services provided by the underlying Calendar server when you create / update calendar invites from within DealWall.

If given access to Document Repositories (for example GDrive or SharePoint Online or DropBox) DealWall does not store the folder or file contents but allows you access to the respective document repository from within DealWall. DealWall uses the API services provided by the underlying Document Repository when you choose to browse and share documents from within DealWall.

If given access to CRM applications (for example Salesforce or MS-Dynamics) DealWall collects basic Opportunity information and is available only to you within DealWall and other DealWall users with whom you decide to share this information with.

Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We may use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of the DealWall solution. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate the DealWall solution, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities at the DealWall solution. There are two types of cookies: session and persistent cookies.

 

 

Disabling Cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Visitors to the DealWall solution who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the DealWall solution, but some features may not function.

Third Party Analytics and Tracking. We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of the DealWall solution. We also may use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our Services, performance and user experiences. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to perform their services. We do not share your personal information with these third parties.

Security of My Personal Information

We have implemented commonly used precautions, including, where appropriate, password protection, encryption, SSL, firewalls, and internal restrictions on who may access data, to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.

You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

Access To My Personal Information

You may modify personal information that you have submitted by logging into your account and updating your profile information. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the DealWall Solution for a period of time.

What Choices Do I Have Regarding the Use of My Personal Information?

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.
